The Clinic Manager will be highly compensated in supporting the overall performance and operation of a clinic composed of approximately 8-10 professional outpatient therapists. This includes hiring and recruiting fantastic, unique, and fun-loving clinicians; managing clinic performance and client satisfaction; providing training and ongoing developmental support; meeting fiscal goals; marketing clinical services and building community partnerships and referrals. You will also maintain a reasonable client caseload.

Reporting & Supervision
- Clinic Manager reports to Clinic Director
Responsibilities include:
Hiring, Training, and Staff Management
- Lead ongoing development and training needs
- Actively build a culture of excellence and fun.
- Hold staff compassionately accountable for meeting performance expectations.
- Assist in training for clinic new hires, ensuring all required Ellie Mental Health clinical and operational policies and procedures are taught and followed.
- Aid the hiring process for all therapists at their clinic.
- Manage staff performance, including implementing Performance Coaching, Performance Improvement Plans, and termination process as needed.
Supervision and Consultation
- Oversee peer consultation groups to ensure clinical excellence and align with best practices
- Provide clinical oversight to clinics Mental Health Practitioners and Professionals, including signing clinical documentation for pre-licensed providers.
- Provide 1:1 leadership to staff to review clinical quality, productivity, and clinical documentation
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- Lead in monitoring and managing clinic office schedules and office supplies.
- Provide timely response to concerns raised by clients, clinicians, or external stakeholders.
- Serve as point of contact for building management related issues or concerns.
- Spearhead clinics community outreach and engagement efforts, consistent with guidance from our leadership team.
- Collaborate with Executive Director to promote clinics online visibility.
- Collaborate with executive team to implement all required policies and procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve client care, quality, and effectiveness, and implement changes in collaboration with franchise owner
- Masters Degree or higher education in mental health discipline.
- Independently licensed with a Tennessee-issued clinical practice license (e.g., LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT, LP, LSPE).
- Ability to provide license supervision in their respective discipline is preferred.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skill sets.
- Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and changing environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record systems.
