Job Description:
 The Event Specialist at BeloForm Craft will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events to promote the company’s brand and services. This role involves managing all aspects of event planning, from initial concept to post-event analysis, ensuring that each event runs smoothly and achieves its objectives. 

Location: Kansas City, MO
Job: Full time - On site
Pay Range: $27.50 - $33.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, including trade shows, corporate events, product launches, and promotional activities
  • Develop event concepts and themes in alignment with the company’s brand and marketing strategy
  • Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Create and manage event budgets, tracking all expenses and ensuring events stay within budget
  • Coordinate event logistics, including transportation, accommodations, catering, and equipment setup
  • Develop and implement promotional strategies to maximize event attendance and engagement

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadline
