BMSS is looking for a cooperative and supportive individual to join our Admin Team A successful person in this role will enjoy highly precise work and have a strong attention to detail. Both the content and the presentation are important in this role; all work must be highly polished. There is little ambiguity in this position and clarity will come from our established processes. This position will be based out of our Riverchase office and will be full time

Our services include tax planning, compliance and assurance, merger, and acquisition, advisory, wealth management, accounting services, payroll, and IT Support. Skills needed to be successful:

  • Responsible for Source Document scanning process from start to finish.
  • Ability to offer exceptional client experience, internal & external.
  • Process & assemble basic tax returns, financial statements, and other reports.
  • Polished and professional demeanor both in person and on the phone.
  • Responsible for assisting in Firmwide administrative projects.
  • Responsible for executing internal firm functions including schedule, set-up, ordering food, and technology.
  • Looks at firm processes with an innovative approach.
