We have a Machine Operator opening in our production departments at our Monticello, Indiana facility. This person will work across multiple departments to produce archery arrows and accessories.
The starting wage is $16.00 per hour and will work a 4-day / 10-hour workweek (Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm).

Your Job: The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and maintaining various arrow production machines including calibrating products and making the necessary machine adjustments to ensure a quality product.
What you will be doing:
- Set up, run, and maintain machinery.
- Inspecting items for defects while completing work orders to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Completing hourly buyoffs and work order document information.
- Performing visual inspections of products.
- Tracking products used for inventory purposes.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
What you need to be successful:
- A track record of dependability and punctuality. Good attendance is a must.
- Basic understanding of Math.
- Good mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs.
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods. (10 hours a day)
- Willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Good hand/eye coordination and the ability to work quickly.
- Able to read, write, and understand work instructions in English.
