We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated RCS Associate to join our team at Indiana University Health. As a key member of our Revenue Cycle team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services.

• Provide top-notch customer service to patients and families, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage patient registration and financial clearance processes, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of patient information.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to resolve issues and provide solutions that meet the needs of our patients.
• Meet productivity, quality, and service standards, contributing to the achievement of our operational objectives.

• At least one year of experience in hospital or physician Revenue Cycle is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of patient registration and financial clearance.
• High level of interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and maintain collaborative relationships.
