  • Hourly Pay: $17.82
  • Schedule: 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. - Monday-Friday.
ONE Elite Staffing is seeking a auction Operations Assistant to join our client's team.Auction Operations Assistant
Job Duties:
  • Responsible for performing standard office admin/clerical duties.
  • Obtaining information from vehicles such as VIN#'s and tag #'s. This would be the only task that they would be doing outdoors.
  • When gathering information from the vehicles, it would require some walking outdoors to find the vehicle in the lot.
  • A descriptive narrative of what the vehicles looks like would need to be gathered.
  • Documenting, recording information.
  • Maintaining information in written or electronic/magnetic form.
Work Location:
  • Working outdoors at times gathering information off vehicles for auction purposes.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 year office experience may be preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Competency with computers.
  • Excel.
  • MS Word.
  • Physical and digital filing systems.
  • Data entry.
  • Math skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
Application Process Includes:
  • Ability to pass a background check with no FELONY or Class A/B MISDEMEANOR(s).
  • Ability to pass a drug test.
