Requirements:

  • Required education: Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years' experience
  • Must have: AutoCAD C3D; HydroCAD;
  • Stormwater Management design software; Watershed Modeling; Water; Wastewater; Transportation.
  • Ability to collaborate with others
  • Professional Engineer's License in PA, LEED Certification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Civil 3D is a plus

Requirements:

  • Safely and effectively lift, carry, and move objects of varying weights.
  • Bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, climbing, balancing, standing, and walking, for extended periods and maintain the necessary physical dexterity and coordination.
  • Work in various environmental conditions, which may include exposure to varying temperatures, weather, and noise levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Site development and design, including stormwater management, plan preparation, grading, drainage and stormwater conveyance, various permits/applications, report writing and construction documents including specifications.
  • Conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects
  • Accountable for completion of engineering projects
  • Preparing project documents, take part in client/contractor meetings and resolution of project issues between clients/engineering and management
  • Guaranteeing successful engineering communications
  • Traveling and conducting field work on a limited/project required basis
  • Overseeing graduate engineers and CAD technicians

  • Being a team player and working cross-functionally.
  • Managing resources and relationships - internally and externally.
  • Consistently evaluating processes - recommending changes when appropriate.

  • Able to manage multiple projects.
