Twin Ports Dermatology is looking for full-time Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. Our work environment is fun, inviting and focuses on customer engagement and providing an exceptional patient experience. In addition to checking patients in and out, the Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for the following functions:

 

  • Greeting patients as they enter the clinic
  • Scheduling patients in our Clinic and Medical Spa
  • Monitoring daily schedule for providers
  • Verifying active insurance
  • Educating clients on Medical Spa services and products
  • Providing excellent customer service to patients
  • Miscellaneous front office tasks

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or patient services experience
  • Clinic experience preferred
  • Customer service oriented with a passion for engaging with patients
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Available Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, schedule will vary with hours between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.
  • Demonstratable computer skills
