Dacus Auto Body and Collision Repair is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts across all traditional and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing, brand management, and digital advertising, including social media, website management, Google Ads, and SEO. In addition, this role will involve the design and procurement of all promotional items, such as uniforms, swag, and other branded materials.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences.
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term marketing plans and growth strategies.
  • Digital Marketing:
    • Oversee the management of the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
    • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, social media platforms, and email marketing.
    • Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and implement a robust social media strategy to enhance brand presence and engagement.
    • Manage the creation and curation of content for all social media channels.
    • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Promotional Items & Branding:
    • Design and order all promotional materials, including uniforms, branded merchandise, and other swag items.
    • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all promotional items.
    • Collaborate with vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of promotional products.
  • Content Creation & Management:
    • Lead the creation of compelling content for various platforms, including blogs, videos, newsletters, and press releases.
    • Work closely with the design team to produce visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
    • Track and report on marketing expenditures, optimizing costs while maximizing impact.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead marketing initiatives, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of driving growth and brand awareness.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management platforms.
