Job DescriptionJob Description

Summary:

As a Production Line Worker, you will be responsible for assembling, filling, labeling and stacking products, and ensuring that all items meet our high-quality standards. Ensures that all items are properly labeled and packaged, and that orders are filled accurately and efficiently. Rotate through multiple stations, inspecting the product for quality, counting the correct number product items, and preparing for distribution.

Essential duties of Position:

  • Production line work (e.g., filing containers with polish, grease, DEF, etc.)
  • Package items for shipment.
  • Palletizing and wrapping products.
  • Assist with inventory management by counting and reporting stock levels.
  • Inspect products for defects and damages before packaging.
  • Work efficiently to meet daily production targets and deadlines set by management
  • Take samples of products for inspection.
  • Assure work areas are safe and clean.
  • Any other duties assigned by management.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Work in a team environment
  • Good time management skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Manage a clean and safe workspace

Qualifications:

  • High School/GED required
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience preferred in a related position
  • Ability to lift 10-50 pounds
  • Capability to stand for extended periods of time
