Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Designer to join our corporate marketing team. As the Senior Designer, you will lead our design team and collaborate with our marketing team to create compelling visual solutions that align with our brand identity and marketing goals. You will be responsible for leading and managing the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality design deliverables that resonate with our target audience.

This is a full-time, remote, salaried position headquartered in Herndon, VA. Candidate must reside in the Continental U.S., Eastern and Central time zones highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Marketing Director to develop and execute creative concepts for various marketing campaigns, including product/ program launches.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.
  • Oversee the creation of visual assets, including digital and print materials such as website landing pages, social media graphics, email templates, sell sheets, etc.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all projects and platforms.
  • Manage and mentor a team of graphic, web, and video designers.
  • Review and approve designs and graphics developed by the team.
  • Maintain company websites and troubleshoot within WordPress when necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and digital technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Experience (1-3 years) as an Senior Designer or in a similar creative management role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative concepts, design solutions, and executed campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
  • Proficiency in WordPress.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of marketing, branding, and advertising principles.
  • Experience in directing motion graphics, or video editing is a plus.

Compensation
Competitive compensation will be commensurate with experience. Participation in company benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, 401(k)/matching, paid vacation, wellness, and more. This is a full-time, salaried, remote position. Employee must be located within the Continental U.S., Eastern and Central time zones highly preferred, but all are welcome to apply.
