Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to lead the construction of Outdoor Living Spaces that will elevate our clients' backyards and their outdoor experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of skilled workers and ensuring the successful completion of each project.

Compensation:

$20 - $40 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the construction of Outdoor Living Spaces
  • Manage a team of skilled workers to ensure successful project completion
  • Plan and implement construction tasks based on priorities and goals
  • Able to OPerate Machinery and Dump Trucks
  • Allocate and delegate responsibilities among team members
  • Supervise, train, and provide feedback to the team
  • Communicate efficiently with clients, office staff, and crew
  • Resolve any emerging problems or issues
  • Prepare and present progress reports to the office
Qualifications:
  • Must have excellent understanding of Construction Operations and Equipment
  • Proficiency in interpreting Blueprints / Plans is required
  • Effective Time-Management skills are essential
  • Should be capable of Multi-tasking efficiently
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills are a must
  • Critical-Thinking abilities and Problem-Solving skills are necessary
  • Good Physical Condition and Stamina are required for this role
  • A High School Diploma is a minimum educational requirement
  • Valid Drivers License is mandatory
  • Any Additional Relevant Certification will be considered advantageous
