**Job Summary**
We are seeking a** Site Utilites Construction Foreman** to join our team In this role, you will be overseeing operations, ensuring quality and safety standards, managing resources efficiently, and facilitating effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**
- **Safety Management**: Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Supervision and Coordination**: Supervise the construction crew, ensuring that everyone is working efficiently and safely. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
- **Problem Solving**: Troubleshoot issues that arise during construction, make decisions to resolve problems, and communicate effectively with the project manager and other team members.
- **Quality Control**: Ensuring that all work meets quality standards and adheres to project specifications and regulatory requirements

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a Foreman or similar position is preferred
- Foreman training or certification is preferred
- Understanding of work optimization methods
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and crisis management skills
- Knowledge of all relevant safety regulations
