Job Description:

NuvoLogic Consulting is looking for an experienced and talented Senior Consultant Subject Matter Expert (SME). The Senior Consultant will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of various projects. The subject matter expert will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality consulting services across various assignments. They will leverage practical experience, theoretical knowledge, and expertise to support and guide project teams, contribute to solution development, and ensure that project activities and objectives are met.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on specific consulting assignments, providing in-depth knowledge and expertise to support project goals.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop new process designs that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with and support a team of other subject matter experts to develop effective solutions.
  • Apply practical experience and theoretical knowledge to contribute to the successful development and implementation of solutions.
  • Ensure the accomplishment of project activities and objectives, maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency.
  • Provide a broad range of consulting services, including program planning, strategy development, program execution, evaluation, and policy development.
  • Utilize your experience and expertise to contribute to the development of high-quality deliverables.
  • Lead or assist in discussions and meetings with clients or project teams, providing insights and guidance based on your expertise.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide strategic advice, and ensure their expectations are met.
  • Perform a variety of tasks that require both practical experience and advanced, state-of-the-art technical knowledge in your specialty areas.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the delivery of innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a consultant or subject matter expert in business process analysis
  • Proven experience in managing government contracts and projects.
  • Proven ability to apply both practical experience and theoretical knowledge to develop solutions and achieve project objectives.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
