Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Purpose:
The Office Assistant overseas basic administrative functions for the company. This
individual is the first point of contact. They will be responsible for all office services by
implementing administrative systems, procedures, and monitoring administrative
projects.
Responsibilities:
• Welcomes all visitors (via phone or in person) the facility; notifying company
personnel of visitor arrival; answering or referring inquiries to various
departments.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and
material (e.g., pens, forms and brochures)
• Works closely with Accounting and Purchasing Department entering packing
slips, invoice, and billing information.
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying,
transcribing, and faxing.

Skills / Qualifications:
• Must have strong computer skills, including, MS Word, Excel, EPICOR a plus
• Demonstrated skills in organization, communication (written and verbal),
telephone, thoroughness, and professionalism.
• Bilingual (English, Spanish) a must
• Must have experience having access to and managing confidential information.
• Data Entry
• Problem Solving
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying,
transcribing and faxing.
