This associate-level role requires advanced Excel skills and a keen eye for inventory management, ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing activities, including monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for replenishment.
- Analyze and maintain SKUs, minimums, and maximums to optimize stock levels and meet business demands.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Utilize Excel to track purchase orders, generate reports, and analyze purchasing data.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing, from purchase requisition to payment.
Qualifications:
- Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in the supplier/wholesale or manufacturing industry.
- Proven ability to manage SKUs and maintain inventory levels.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
