Qualifications:  

  • Be honest and trustworthy 
  • Have a General Life & Health License or be willing to obtain one 
  • Be comfortable speaking with prospective clients over the phone 
  • Interpersonal Skills 
  • Excellent Customer Service 
  • Be comfortable with a commission position 

 
 

Responsibilities: 

  • Contacting and maintaining a professional relationship with client 
  • Book appointments 
  • Take/Submit online applications 
  • Follow up with back office 
  • Attend weekly virtual calls 
  • Explain policy cover to client once policy is approved 
  • Maintain stellar interpersonal skills
