Job Title – Payroll Specialist

Salary Range:

$60,000 To $65,000.00 Annually

plus full benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, matching 401k and etc.)

This position is On-Site in our Palo Alto Corporate office.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with coordinating a variety of trainings and events which may including New Hire Orientations, onboarding sessions, benefits administration and etc.
  • Maintain and update data within our HRIS and across other systems ensuring a high degree of accuracy.
  • Provide high touch support to employees by responding to questions quickly and with a friendly and helpful approach.
  • Assist with processes related to compliance of various state and federal requirements.
  • Respond to requests for employment verifications and unemployment claims.
  • Manage employee files and uploading new hire documentation.
  • Support the integrity of our data by running regular audits and reporting.
  • Support, schedule & assist learning and development trainings.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and other administrative tasks as necessary.
  • Self-starter able to conceptualize and drive initiatives forward.
  • Positive attitude and motivated by contributing to the overall success of team.
  • Attention to detail, well organized and able to multi-task and work on may projects at once.
  • ADP WorkForce day to day.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of prior experience in HR or Associate's Degree with 3-5 years of prior experience in HR

  • ADP - ADP WorkForce experience a must
