Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

Provide initial support to customers over the phone/email to aide them in the selection of the products that meet their needs

Build customer relationships by learning more about prospective customers, following up on open quotes and convert them to orders

Create new sales opportunities by researching and targeting potential customers

Prepare quotes to customers products based on stated needs

File and maintain customer quotes and records which allows us to provide quick support within CRM software

Provide technical support and assistance on products, including slip rings, motors, motor controllers, gear reducers, and feedback devices.

Skills and Qualifications

BS Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or similar engineering degree, or equivalent work experience.

Ability to read and understand technical information including schematics, engineering documents and/or statement of works

Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal.

Must be reliable, have good initiative, committed, and quality focused.

Competence with standard computer applications such as MS Office suite applications (Outlook/Word/Excel/Teams)

Strong understanding of sales and customer management processes with incorporation of CRM tools

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with motor, slip ring and/or encoder products by either use in applications or manufacture/sales

3D and 2D CAD familiarity in various applications

Experience with different motor technologies used in the industrial market
