Summary

Our Bakers prepare breads, rolls, pizza dough, laminated dough's and assorted bakery items according to the direction of the bakery supervisor or manager.

Primary Duties, Responsibilities, and Tasks:

• MINIMUM 6 months of experience baking in high volume kitchen
• Ability to read and follow recipes.
• Basic knowledge of measurements.
• Basic cake decorating skills.
• Knowledge of plating cakes and desserts for meal service.
• Keep the dessert bar and dessert refrigerator well stocked.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work area and bakery utensils.
• Knowledge of bakery supplies and commercial kitchen equipment
• Other duties may be assigned as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Able to reach, bend, and stoop frequently.
• Lift up to 40 pounds
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• This position will involve some repetitive motion tasks.
• This position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
