Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and experienced Security Road Supervisor to join our team. As the Security Road Supervisor , you will oversee all security operations. You will develop the companys security policies and procedures and manage all security personnel. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with demonstrated experience in the safety and security field. Must have availability and flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, and nights, as required by the operation of a 24/7 service

REQUIRED - Security D License and Security G License, Clean driving record and must maintain a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement safety and security policies and procedures
  • Create and monitor the security operations budget
  • Train, and supervise security personnel
  • Understand the security needs of the organization
  • Create and implement security procedures for specific events
  • Review incident reports created by security personnel
  • Resolve security breaches or incidents
  • Fleet management and fleet servicing
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Security Manager or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with security technology and equipment (cameras, alarms, etc)
  • Understanding of best practices in security protocols
  • Experience with emergency response planning
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • High level of integrity
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must possess good working knowledge of security operations, safety procedures, and operational best practices; must be reliable and dependable
  • Must have the ability to communicate in English effectively, both orally and in writing, with staff, dispatch, and the public, to understand and follow Standard Operating
  • Procedures (SOPs), to perform duties in a professional manner, to maintain and be a role model for proper conduct and professional appearance, to complete required reports and log entries, to investigate incidents, to use experience, expertise, and common sense to make independent good judgment decisions within applicable best practices, policies, and procedures; must maintain security license active and driving record clean at all times
