At Integrated Tax Services, we’re more than just tax preparation professionals and accountants. We’re number translators. Numbers are an integral part of everyone’s life story and woven into all facets of life. And, for many, it’s confusing and daunting. We untangle the complicated and build relationships with our clients to help them understand what the numbers mean and how it affects their life story.

 

We are excited to offer an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service/Client Services Associate. In this role you will provide outstanding client service, directly interacting with clients to address inquiries and coordinate communications for a seamless experience. You will also provide support to other Client Services team members and Tax Preparers.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Welcome all visitors with attentive service. You’ll serve as the initial point of contact for Integrated Tax Services, assisting clients via phone, email, or in person to address inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member.
  • Ensure the lobby and reception area reflect the company’s professional standards.
  • Correspond with clients regarding general inquiries, tax return status updates, and payments.
  • Arrange client appointments and meetings.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Distribute client information electronically or in hard copy, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Work closely with team members to deliver an exceptional client experience, fostering a cohesive and supportive environment.
  • Assist team members with various other administrative tasks.


What you'll bring to the team:

  • Associate degree or equivalent.
  • Six months related experience and/or training in a business environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Thomson Reuters tax software (preferred).
  • Exceptional communication skills when engaging with clients and team members.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high accuracy in all work processes and deliverables.
  • Proficiency in responding to inquiries or concerns from clients, regulatory agencies, or business community members.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions.
  • General understanding of financial and tax terminology.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.


Team member benefits package includes:

Paid Holidays - 9 paid company holidays (which includes the day after tax season) plus 1 floating holiday per calendar year.

PTO - Full-Time team members accrue PTO (between 12 -24 days per year depending on length of service).

Insurance - Eligible team members (and eligible dependents) can elect medical, dental, vision, life insurance/AD&D and long-term disability.

401(k) Retirement Plan - 100% vesting upon eligibility.

Other Compensation - Team members may receive performance bonuses and profit share.
