About Our Client:

Our client, a reputable clinic in the Denton/Argyle area, is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join their team. This clinic offers a supportive environment with regular weekday hours and opportunities for professional growth.

Job Description:

The Medical Assistant will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the clinic, assisting with patient care and ensuring smooth clinical processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and rooming patients
  • Recording vital signs and medical history
  • Assisting with patient charting and documentation
  • Supporting physicians with procedures such as casting and splinting

Qualifications:

  • MA Certification required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant
  • Familiarity with ECW (eClinicalWorks) preferred
  • Orthopedic experience is a plus
  • NCT (Non-Certified Technician) certification is highly desirable

Additional Details:

  • Patient volume: 40-80 patients daily
  • Clinic locations: Argyle (Mondays) and Denton (Tuesday-Friday)
  • This is a contract-to-hire position, with a conversion timeline of 720 hours
