  • Daily sales process training
  • Daily sales product training
  • Oversight of product specialists daily tasks
  • Early management engagement with customers
  • Follow up with customers
  • Manage product specialist's work schedule to provide showroom coverage
  • Integrate digital retailing tool in the sales process followed by product specialists
  • Work with business development center for efficient processing of incoming digital opportunities
  • Manage outbound activity of product specialists
  • Work with other sales management to develop product specialist's talent and confidence in working deals
  • Guide product specialists to qualify for advancement as sales consultants

Qualifications

  • Previous auto sales management experience
  • Prior management experience
  • Great communication skill
