WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A STRATEGIC SALES REPRESENTATIVE

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales

In this position, you enjoy traveling at least 30% of the time to meet face-to-face with clients.

Your role is the real deal. You lead the charge in crafting and executing a powerful sales strategy, specializing in selling payroll and HR tech services to quick-service restaurants. You forge influential relationships with tech partners and hustle for fresh business vibes through calls, referrals, networking, and more. Your mission: craft killer proposals, seal the deal like a pro, and stay on top of quick-service restaurant trends.

You connect with the big decision-makers, shine as Alliance HCM's ambassador at industry events, and lock in new appointments every week. It's a challenge that packs a punch and rewards you every step of the way
