Who You Are:

  • A passionate and driven recruiting professional - Ideally with 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare recruiting role
    • Ideally you are familiar with licensing for counselors, social workers, and other mental health professionals
  • An exceptional manager of your time, and a goal driven team player
  • Someone who values a quality over quantity approach to recruiting, and really enjoys talking and building relationships with candidates

Schedule: Full Time – Monday to Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pm MST

Location: Remote - Some travel for training may be required for training

Compensation: $24.04 Hourly

What You'll Do:

  • Manage 15-20 open job requisitions, schedule discovery calls to build candidate connections and determine best fit and next steps.
  • Build and maintain a relationship of trust and respect with hiring managers, prioritizing collaboration and partnership.
  • Prepare, extend, and follow through on candidate offers including answering questions, facilitating feedback to hiring managers, and coordinating the handoff to the onboarding process.
