Join our team as a skilled Project Engineer and drive our growth through your dedication to excellence in site/civil engineering and land development projects.

In this role, you will:

  • Showcase your technical prowess in engineering principles and practices.
  • Specialize in designing water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, roadway design, and other facets of land development.
  • Lead projects from entitlements to construction completion, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Manage and coordinate all phases of project development.
  • Navigate through multiple permitting entitlements across various governmental agencies with efficiency.
  • Utilize your local expertise to streamline the permitting process.
  • Develop and execute sophisticated permitting strategies to meet project deadlines, from expansive developments to compact commercial projects.
  • Actively engage in company marketing initiatives to enhance our presence and cultivate relationships with clients and governmental bodies.
  • Drive company growth by delivering outstanding projects and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET Accredited University
  • PE Licensure Required
  • Candidates with relevant work experience in Delaware preferred.
  • AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD preferred.
  • Ability to work in our Newark, DE office on a hybrid schedule.
