REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
  • Experience in the community setting, especially with adults facing severe mental disabilities.
  • Understanding of psychotropic medication effects.

Experience working with the homeless population would be a plus.

YOUR TYPICAL DAY:

in this dynamic position, your day kicks off with overseeing our PATH Program, ensuring it runs like a well-oiled machine. You're not just managing; you're inspiring and leading your team to new heights.

In between meetings with other agencies and community leaders, you're the maestro orchestrating resources and connections. Referrals? You got it covered. Assignments? Done in a heartbeat. Your phone becomes a hotline for those in need, and your heart becomes a beacon of hope for those we help.

Managing the program budget? It's not just about numbers; it's about maximizing impact. Coordinating community donations? You're the bridge between generosity and those who need it most. In the afternoon, your caseload beckons. You're not just managing; you're weaving stories of resilience and triumph. You understand the scope of services like the back of your hand, working with internal and external sources to ensure program access. You screen, you assist, and you make a tangible difference in mental health and housing needs.

As the day winds down, you're not just heading home; you're leaving a trail of positivity in your wake. Your work isn't just a job-it's a daily act of heroism.

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION

  • Type: Full-time
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
  • Location: Murfreesboro, TN
