CCG has an Accounting Analyst position available in the Naperville, Illinois office. This position has visibility and interaction with senior management and offers career advancement.

Job Duties include (but are not limited to)

• Pull Bank Reports (Wires, ACH, Lockbox, Returned Checks/ACH)
• Perform research on cash, expense, and/or billings items
• Generate Reports from Lease Plus (Reports will include: Unapplied, Late Fee Waive, Payment History, Amortization, Lease Earnings Reports, Year-end Interest Paid Reports, Delinquent Invoices)
• Perform Remote Deposits
• Access Great Plains Reports/Rosters for Expense and Proceeds related inquiries
• Maintain Logs (deposit, volume, prepayment, lien release, and suspense/proceeds)
• Provide instructions to corporate accounting on unapplied cash items
• Prepare Payoffs of Loan, Leases, Payment Histories, Principal Reductions and/or machine closeouts
• Generate Amortization and New Payment Streams
• Run various monthly end, portfolio reports
• Conduct special analysis requested by Operations
• Provide Timely Response to Corporate Accounting Department on all inquiries
• Reconcile/Clean up Billing Errors
• Aid in delivering a smooth month-end closings
• Record Keeping/Paper Filing
• Oversee Customer Service Mailbox to help complete customer service requests
• Prepare accounting summaries for litigation purposes
• Position may entail verbal communication with customers/sales as needed
• Direct Report to Operations Manager
• Assist with other operational items when necessary

Job Requirements

• 2-5 years’ experience in Accounting
• Accounting or Finance degree preferred
• Microsoft Office Skills with Strong Emphasis in MS Excel
• Ability to Problem Solve
• Time Management to meet deadlines and the ability to multitask in fast paced environment
• Experience with Aspire and/or Lease plus is optimal

• Demonstrated PC skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Direct Support to Customers, Collections/Customer Relations Team, Lien Perfection Team, Credit Team, Documentation Team and Sales Team
• Direct report to Operations Manager
• Responsible to deliver/provide timely information to Corporate Head Office for all application items
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Demonstrates Excellent Service Skills to both internal customers and external customers
• Position may entail lifting large files time to time
