The Position:

  • Provide technical service and customer support in the field.
  • Perform basic repairs and maintenance on natural gas pressure regulation systems.
  • Monitor operating equipment using Scada telemetry systems.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and respond to inquiries.
  • Assist in remote monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain spare parts and equipment inventory.
  • Keep detailed time sheets and work orders to ensure accurate billing to customers.
  • Document service and maintenance activities, including service reports, parts usage, and equipment records.
  • Demonstrate the ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, depending on home location.
  • Complete all mandatory safety training and adhere to the Company's Health & Safety Program.
  • Provide technical training and guidance to clients on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2+ or more years of experience working as a Field Technician or in a related role, as well as working with gas processing equipment.
  • 1+ years of experience working with gas processing equipment and pressure reduction systems (PRS).
  • Instrumentation experience preferred.
  • Valid Colorado driver's license required.
  • Proficient in Excel preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
