Company Overview: We are partnering with a prominent client in the construction industry, seeking a driven Human Resources Manager to spearhead people and operations management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs.
  • Manage the full cycle hiring process, including job postings, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Create and implement performance improvement plans and solicit employee feedback.

Job Requirements:

  • SHRM certification required (or in process).
  • Experience in the construction or contracting industry desired.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems implementation or management.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years at a managerial level.
  • Experience in compensation analysis and benchmarking.
  • Willingness to support functions beyond HR.

Compensation: Up to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
