Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs.

Job Requirements:
- SHRM certification required (or in process).
- Experience in the construction or contracting industry desired.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems implementation or management.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years at a managerial level.
- Experience in compensation analysis and benchmarking.
- Willingness to support functions beyond HR.
Compensation: Up to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
