Qualifications:

  • Oversees the daily activities required to process current production jobs. (Production Operation / CI Manager is an alternative and takes Production Supervisor place in his / her absence).
  • Reviews the daily production schedule
  • Coordinates workflow to ensure optimal use of resources with the lowest labor cost.
  • Supervises the employees to meet acceptable efficiency and production standards.
  • Develop and mentor staff through on-boarding, open communication, training, development opportunities and performance management processes; build and maintain employee morale and motivation; ensure the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies.
  • Daily schedule is 1pm-9pm

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of food production experience.
  • Bilingual preferred
