Are you passionate about animals and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Eldersburg Veterinary Hospital is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our furry friends and their owners.


Do you live near Sykesville. Eldersburg, Reisterstown, Randallstown, Olney, or other area near Carroll County? Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and fielding questions from clients with professionalism and empathy.
  • Warmly greeting clients upon entry, assisting with admitting patients, and ensuring a comfortable experience for both pets and their owners.
  • Managing invoicing processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Triage patients upon entry to ensure timely and appropriate care.
  • Assisting veterinarians and technicians as needed to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Mitigating customer service issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the veterinary or animal care field.
  • Friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Computer fluency.
  • Professionalism and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
