Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of complex technical projects and programs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to ensure the successful delivery of our technology solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Program Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technical programs and projects from initiation to completion.

  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product management, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.

  3. Resource Management: Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

  4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project schedules and deliverables.

  5. Communication: Facilitate clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders, including status updates, progress reports, and issue resolution.

  6. Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

  7. Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.

  8. Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance program management effectiveness and efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) preferred.
  • Proven experience (X years) as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role, managing complex technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and agile practices.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
  • Experience in risk management, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely.
