As a Field Service Technician for Medical Equipment at HME Specialists, you will play a crucial role in our team by driving a truck or van for the delivery and setup of home medical equipment to our valued patients' homes. You will also have the opportunity to educate patients on the proper use of the equipment, ensuring their comfort and confidence in their healthcare journey. In addition to your delivery responsibilities, you will be responsible for listening to and resolving any service complaints that may arise, showcasing your empathetic nature and problem-solving skills. At times, you will also assist with warehouse duties, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

What you need to be successful

To be successful as a Field Service Technician for Medical Equipment at HME Specialists, you should possess a set of key skills and qualifications. While prior home medical delivery experience is preferred, it is not a requirement. However, the ability to work flexible hours is essential for this role, as you will need to accommodate patients' schedules and ensure timely delivery of medical equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, as you will be responsible for educating patients on the proper use of equipment and resolving any service complaints that may arise.
