Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking candidates for an Accounting Specialist position. Primary position responsibilities include:

  • Reconciles official checks, cash items, branch cash & balances outstanding GL items
  • Ensures accurate transactions, operational efficiency, and proper file maintenance
  • Supports customer and business-related payment processes including wire transfers, ACH,
  • Completes accounts payable processes, cash letter review, and financial reporting.

Position Requirements:

  • A High School diploma or GED is required.
  • 1-3 years in accounting or operations experience in financial services preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or other related field is preferred.
  • A combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
