Responsibilities


  • Take minimum of 30+ inbound service calls per day
  • Address questions and find solutions for clients by adhering to Start to Finish Service
  • This includes but not limited to, addressing any customer questions or concerns, setting expectations, and completing any follow up work from your client interactions.
  • Identify and address the clients needs and fill any coverage or policy gaps that are recognized.
