Job Description:

As a Retail Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that online orders are processed efficiently and accurately. This role involves picking, packing, and shipping products, as well as maintaining inventory levels and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick products from shelves to fulfill customer orders
  • Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring products are well-protected
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts
  • Assist with restocking shelves and organizing warehouse space
  • Process returns and exchanges as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or order fulfillment preferred
