Job Summary

Responsible for achieving sales goals by selling products and services to assigned accounts and new business prospects in the All Star Cheer industry. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals utilizing product and industry knowledge and competitive research. Remote position with occasional travel to regional and national events. Reports to Sales and Marketing Director.

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent experience.

· Experience in sales preferred.

· Cheer or sports background (either as a coach, judge, and/or athlete) is desired.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for achieving annual revenue target for assigned accounts and new business prospects.

· Identify prospects, build relations, set appointments, make sales calls, conduct design sessions, and manage sales cycle to close business in required product categories.

· Regular outreach to client list and new business prospects to generate new business.

· Participation in operational processes related to quotes, samples, order entry, returns, QC, and customer service tasks in ERP, and other internal systems. Track progress and activities using CRM system.

· Partner with coordinator for processing of quotes, samples, and orders.

· Provide a superior level of customer service at all stages of customer journey.

· Analyze basic sales reporting to achieve sales revenue goals.

· Represent the company’s products and services, using consumer and competitive research to maintain competitive advantage and share insights with internal management teams.

· Provide regular updates to Sales and Marketing director on progress towards sales goals across categories.

· Attend regional and national events as requested.

· Work closely with management and provide insight into challenges and opportunities while keeping internal team apprised of customer requests.

· Support the Extraordinary philosophy of GK Elite and be a positive ambassador of the brand.

· Other duties necessary.

Skills and Abilities:

· Understanding of sales process and dynamics.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to muti-task with attention to detail.

· Understanding of basic sales analytics and reporting.

· Highly motivated with ability to work independently with excellent time management.

· Ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and internal teams.

· Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

· Proficiency in sales CRM Hubspot / Salesforce preferred.

Physical Demands:

· Manual dexterity of fingers and hands to use keyboard and office equipment.

· Frequent sitting.

· Occasional standing and walking.

Work Environment:

· Remote position with occasional travel.

· Non-conventional office environment with standard office equipment.

· Exposure to varying distractions.
