Adult Program Manager

New Friends New Life restores and empowers formerly trafficked girls and sexually exploited women and children. By providing access to education, job training, interim financial assistance, mental health, and spiritual support, New Friends New Life helps women and children overcome backgrounds of abuse, addiction, poverty, and limited opportunities.
Position Overview
The Adult Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the coordination of all programs provided to adult clients and ensures smooth and seamless implementation of services and consistent, effective communication with relevant team members regarding program coordination.
Work Schedule
- 2 days Monday-Thursday 9pm-5pm
- 2 days Monday-Thursday 12pm-8pm
- Fridays 9am-3pm
Reporting Relationship
The Adult Program Manager reports directly to the Adult Program Director.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with the Adult Program Manager to create and maintain policies and procedures for each distinct offering in the adult program.
- Supervises the Receptionist and Intake Coordinator.
- Manage and coordinate quality programs and services that transform the lives of women and their children and provide them a sense of community.
- Compile and maintain tracking data for all adult program participation, service delivery, and program outcomes.
- Manage, track and distribute financial incentives to members.
- Create and manage monthly calendar of events for adult programs.
- Act as liaison for all volunteer group leaders to the direct service team with regard to adding or adjusting life skills programming that meet client needs.
- Work with direct service staff and directors to develop plans for women who have reached stability and achieved their goals.
- Perform other duties as requested
Required Job Qualifications, Education, Skills:
- Proven experience working with high risk populations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Program management experience coordinating logistical, planning and scheduling details
- Strong ability to work internally across departments to meet deadlines and ensure tasks are completed
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time with strong follow-through
