Summary

The Volume Recruiter will be responsible for staffing contact center positions and pharmacy roles within WellDyne. The Recruiter will work in partnership with the HR team and hiring managers to deliver talented individuals to grow the organization and meet staffing needs. The position requires full cycle recruiting, agency relationship management, and project management skills. To be successful in supporting recruiting functions, this position will be a hybrid role with required in office days as set by the HR leadership team.

This is a temporary assignment. We are looking for someone local to Lakeland, FL.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Utilize applicant tracking system to effectively move applicants through the screening, interviewing, and hiring processes
  • Use innovated sourcing techniques and leverage technology available to identify and connect with candidates both active and passive
  • Work with hiring managers to assess talent needs and regularly communicate on the status on the open positions
  • Create job descriptions in partnership with Corporate Recruiter as needed
  • Work within pre-defined recruitment process and timelines
  • Conduct phone screens with a key understanding of the position requirements and provide recommendations to leaders for bringing candidates for onsite and/or virtual interviews
  • Work closely with HR leader for budgeting and forecasting
  • Work within the guidelines of job grade and band structure
  • Articulate job offers to candidates
  • Support Corporate Recruiter as needed
  • As a member of the HR team, you will be expected to support and participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, however exceptional experience is considered
  • Two or more years’ experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment required
  • One or more years’ experience working in agency recruiting a plus
  • Two or more years’ prior experience working with applicant tracking systems required
  • Experience with employee onboarding to include but not limited to; criminal background checks, drug screens, employment and education verifications
  • Prior experience working as an HR generalist or coordinator a plus
  • ADP experience a plus

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written ability to communicate in a positive and professional manner with a strong desire to service the customer
  • Proficiency with computer applications (MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), applicant tracking system and social media tools
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities, work independently, organize, analyze and interpret information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to maintain highest standards in confidentiality to sensitive information
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving and independent decision-making abilities
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the company
  • Ability to establish work priorities, follow through, and meet established deadlines with sound organization skills

Work Environment / Physical Demands

This position is in a typical office environment which requires prolonged sitting in front of a computer and talking on the phone. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment including operation of standard computer and phone equipment.
