Responsibilities:


  • Provide assistance with daily activities like mobility, personal care, and household tasks
  • Maintain patient records, documenting progress and observations for review with supervisors
  • Foster patient well-being through meaningful interactions, including conversation and mental stimulation activities
  • Administer medications and vaccinations as required
  • Encourage patient engagement in exercises and recreational activities

Qualifications:


  • Completion of an accredited Home Health Aide program
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of professional experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • CPR certification
  • Flexible scheduling available, including open shifts on:
    • Monday: 2pm-6pm
    • Tuesday: 12pm-4pm, Wednesday: 10am-2pm, Thursday: 9:30am-1:30pm, Friday: 9am-1pm
    • Wednesday,Saturday: 11am-2pm, 8am-11am
    • Monday, Friday & Saturday: 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am
