What youll be doing:
  • - Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • - Medication Management: Help with medication reminders and administering prescribed medications.
  • - Mobility Assistance: Aid with walking, transferring between bed and chair, and using mobility aids.
  • - Meal Preparation: Plan, cook, and serve nutritious meals based on dietary needs and preferences.
  • - Housekeeping: Perform light cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and laundry.
  • - Companionship: Provide emotional support, engage in conversation, and participate in recreational activities.
  • - Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in health conditions, including vital signs if required.
  • - Record Keeping: Maintain records of care activities, including medication administration and changes in health status.

Schedules:
  • On-Call / Standby Caregiver
  • Full time
  • Part time
  • Morning / Afternoon / Evening / Overnight shifts
  • Flexible Schedules
  • Available: 4 hours / 8 hours / 12 hours shift

    • On-Call Pay: $25 per shift for being on call (not an hourly rate)
    • Bonus Pay: An additional $25 plus regular hourly rate if called into work

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. Certificate.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Must be willing to work in Montgomery County South East (Please only apply if you are willing and flexible to work in that location)
  • Previous experience as a Caregiver in homes or senior communities is preferred.
