VP Commercial Finance – Americas

Location: Dallas

The Role

In this key leadership position, you’ll:

  • Work closely with senior stakeholders and the global Finance team to align commercial strategies and drive financial transformation.
  • Lead a talented team of finance professionals across Dallas and Brazil, providing insights that directly impact the business and support ambitious growth plans.
  • Oversee all commercial and financial planning activities in the Americas, ensuring financial discipline and supporting mergers and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Finance Leadership: Align financial and commercial strategies with regional and global goals.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the development of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Business Partnering: Provide financial insights, pricing strategies, and client profitability analysis.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions: Support strategic growth initiatives with financial expertise.
  • Operational Excellence: Optimize accounting, tax compliance, and transactional processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a senior finance role with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills.
  • Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CGMA, ACCA, ACA, or CIMA) preferred.
  • Experience in loyalty, airports, airlines, or e-commerce is a plus.
