A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN INSTALLATION COORDINATOR - HVAC SERVICES

In this coordinator role, you help keep our field techs working and jobs going off without a hitch You efficiently coordinate installation jobs and personnel to ensure that they have all the necessary materials and equipment to get the job done Working closely with vendors, you make supply orders that accurately reflect the needs of our techs, and you are sure to return any overage stock. You are detail-oriented, so you make a point to know exactly what is coming in and out of our warehouse.

In order for us to provide exceptional HVAC services, we need people like you who enjoy interacting with clients and meeting their needs. You are sure to make timely return calls and help resolve any issues quickly. You are clear about extended warranties and customer rebates. You enjoy interacting with a variety of people, and whether you are working closely with the warehouse team, field crew, or our loyal customers, you take pride in the services you provide every day

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Proficient computer skills
• Knowledge and understanding of min/max levels and barcoding
