Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Public Image Liaison to become part of our team at EPIC Health System. The Public Image Liaison will be tasked with attending events, both on and offsite, to showcase our services and aid in their coordination. Additionally, they will actively participate in community PR endeavors to enhance awareness of our practice and draw in new patients. The Public Image Liaison will play a pivotal role in maximizing the utilization of our services and assist in crafting innovative sales strategies tailored to low RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) patients and new patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend events, including health fairs, community gatherings, and networking events, to represent EPIC Health System and promote our services.
  • Assist in organizing events, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Engage in community PR activities to build relationships with local organizations, businesses, and individuals, and increase visibility for the practice.
  • Promote value added services to existing patients and identify opportunities for bundled services and other additional services.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and workflows tailored to low RFM patients and new patients.
  • Provide oversight of patient experience, ensuring that all interactions with the practice are positive and memorable.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage sales activities, including tracking leads, following up with prospects, and closing deals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients and community members.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, including upselling, cross-selling, and lead generation.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
