About the Role

As an Account Executive at Rain you will be apart of fast paced successful team. This is a high-paying full-time sales position with a base plus commissions. Average reps will earn six figures. Work hours are 7:30-4:30, M-F with occasional travel to industry trade shows. This is a fun, fast-paced, high-energy, sales team that values hard work and crushing goals. Our team members receive the best training in the industry designed for closing deals with our target customers. Reps call on warm and cold leads provided by sales management. Activities include scheduling appointments, conducting web demonstrations, following up, crafting solutions for prospects, negotiating, and closing sales.

What you Will Do

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Ability to effectively deliver a value proposition via webinar, online demos, phone and email
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in the point-of-sale or related industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred

Salary: Base salary of $60,000 + $60,000 Targeted Commission, 120k Total Comp
