Job Summary:
The Sale Professional at Deland Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is responsible for promoting and selling vehicles to customers. This individual will utilize their knowledge of the automotive industry and excellent customer service skills to meet sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, individual contributor role located in DELAND, Florida.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary of $3000 per month, paid monthly. Along with production bonuses up to $6000
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Retirement savings plan

• Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand and effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicles’ capabilities
• Negotiate sales prices and terms with customers
• Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions promptly
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to maintain relationships and generate repeat business
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and dealership promotions
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by management

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
• Previous experience in automotive sales preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
