Summary

Promote Heatcon Composite Systems products and services by taking customer inquiries to first level design and quote stage. Provide technical application assistance and quoting for the customer while working with outside sales to assure customer follow-through and service. Expand and maintain the existing customer account base and identify, contact, and secure new profitable business relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Provide technical application assistance
  • Input customer information, quotes, and orders to ERP system.
  • Expand and maintain the existing customer account base and identify, contact, and secure new profitable business relationships.
  • Collaborate with the outside sales team to provide customers with accurate price quotations, and excellent customer service.
  • Experience working with customer decision makers-- engineers, project and facility managers, and purchasing
  • Solid written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work successfully in a multi-cultural, global business environment.
  • Aptitude for electromechanical equipment diagnosis and repair.
  • Strong technical competence in mechanical, electrical or heating product design and application
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering desirable, or Associate’s degree (A.A. or A.S.) and 3-5 years of experience within the industrial or manufacturing industries.
  • Basic understanding of marketing and selling concepts and strategies.
