Shift: Part Time 21.5 hrs per week.

Job description:

  • FL-DCF-St. Augustine-ESS-Interviewing Clerk - Help DCF clients who can not make it to the storefront in Jacksonville and Daytona.
  • PT hours: There is flexibility there. The person can do up to 21.5 hours but does not have to do all that- and they can have partial days.
  • At this point, there is no requirement on specific days besides MON FRI and normal working hours.

JOB DESCRIPTION/SPECIFIC SKILLS:

  • Effectively assessing customers' needs.
  • Referring customers to community agencies as appropriate.
  • Timely and accurately escalating customers' complaints/inquires as appropriate.
  • Documenting customers' records timely and in accordance with departmental procedures.
